Pottle (formerly Sunday Systems). [The owner’s name and a business address - to be added before launch.] You can reach us at hello@sundaysystems.uk.
If you ask for your quiz result or your week by email, we keep your email address and the answers needed to write that email. We use them to send you that email and the short series that follows, and The Postcard, our note on Sunday mornings. If you give your email for one of our monthly checklists or for Your year, decided (the calendar), we keep just your email address and send you The Postcard on Sunday mornings. We don’t sell them or share them for anyone else’s marketing.
Our emails are sent by EmailOctopus, and the website runs on Cloudflare. Both handle this information on our behalf and nothing else.
Every email has an unsubscribe link. One tap and you’re off the list. To have everything deleted, email hello@sundaysystems.uk.
We only use one, and only if you say yes: a Pinterest cookie that tells us whether you arrived from one of our pins and whether you asked for an email. It helps us see which pins are worth making. Say no and it never loads. Your choice is remembered on your device, and you can change it any time with Cookie choices.
We also count how many people start and finish the quiz and Your week, decided. That count uses no cookie and keeps nothing about you - just a number for each day - so it doesn’t need asking.
You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it - email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
A small cookie from Pinterest helps us see which pins bring people here. Fine with that? How it’s used
